Palletwood
This can be imported to order from the Baltics to suit your requirements - generally in full loads. Usual availability from date of order is 6-8 weeks.
Alternatively we can also supply homegrown timber –1st Grade softwood in part or full loads, generally from stock. Please use the enquiry form to be added to our email list for regular stock lists
Tree Stakes
Baltic softwood, square sawn pointed and treated stakes, generally available in 2 dimensions – 25 x 25mm or 32 x 32mm in various lengths (750mm – 1800mm).
We can also offer homegrown stakes in a 32 x 32mm which many of our customers now prefer. These are produced here in Shropshire by our sister company Charles Ransford and Son Ltd. The mill generally uses Douglas Fir and Larch (both redwoods) which offer more durability in ground contact. Having production on site enables us to have more control over both stake quality and treatment.
Both Baltic and homegrown stakes are generally available ex stock during the planting season and we can deliver anything from 1 pack to full loads nationwide. However, forward orders for larger orders are strongly recommended.
Machine Round / Peeled Posts
Generally sourced to order form the Baltics although some stocks are held for immediate delivery. These can be imported already treated or untreated to suit your requirements. We can offer these in 100% pine – kiln dried and treated to Use Class 4 (15 years desired service life in ground contact) if required. Available in part of full loads.
Railway Sleepers
Baltic softwood, treated Brown or Green in any sizes to suit your requirements. Generally imported in full loads – availability 6-8 weeks from order. Our Baltic suppliers can also source both Oak sleepers and reclaimed sleepers.
We can also offer homegrown sleepers which are available in smaller quantities.
